Backorder Policy
Occasionally, due to extremely high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In these circumstances, you will be immediately notified of the expected ship date of your item by Treasure Rooms. All backordered items will ship promptly once in-stock. To cancel a backordered item, please send an e-mail to Customer Support requesting cancellation. You will receive an e-mail confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped.
