Online Order Return Policy

The policies below pertain to Internet purchases only, in-store policies may differ. Contact our store for in-store policies.

Treasure Rooms strives to provide customers with the highest quality merchandise and a shopping experience beyond compare. Once you've received your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s) with within the 30 days of purchase we will offer you a full refund or exchange (not inlcuding shipping & handling costs).

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Treasure Rooms reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Treasure Rooms can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Any items returned in used/poor condition (any condition that is not new) will incur a restocking fee. These are deteremined on a case by case basis. Returning shipping is soley the responsibility of the customer. To protect your item(s), we highly recommend insuring your return shipment to us. Treasure Rooms is not responsible for the loss or damage to any returned merchandise with 3rd party freight companies. Items returned that were offered with free shipping, will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the amount.

Conversion Kits, Changing Trays, Nightstands & Toddler Rails: all conversion kits, toddler rails, changing trays/toppers/stations are specials orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable after the order has been placed. These items may take several weeks to ship from the manufacturer.

All Bedding, Crib Mattress, or Bed Mattresses cannot be returned due to hygenic, sanitary, and allergenic reasons. This is to guarantee that all personal sleep items from TreasureRooms.com are shipped brand new, factory-sealed, and are 100% clean for your baby. If you have any questions on whether the product you are unboxing applies to this policy, simply contact us before breaking the seal, box, or plastic seal on your item(s). Car seats, infant clothing, swivel gliders, stuffed animals, recliners, upholstry items, strollers, and baby gear items cannot be returned after being used and will fall under manufacturer’s 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.

Any items that you receive which are missing hardware, defective, damaged, or missing parts – please contact us right away at (636) 728-1899. We will coordinate a resolution to get you the appropriate parts, hardware, or a replacement as quickly as possible. Treasure Rooms keeps some parts in-stock which can be shipped out within days of receiving your claim. Any furniture item(s) that are damaged in transit via LTL Freight will require additional time for shipping and handling as these items must be re-sent LTL Freight and cannot be sent by traditional small parcel such as UPS.

Replacements:

In some rare instances damages can occur. In the event that your furniture is damaged, please call Treasure Rooms immediately at (636) 728-1899 to speak with a representative for clear instructions who will work swiftly to resolve this on your behalf.

In most instances, we will need photos of the damage to implement the fastest and most appropriate solution for you. Replacement parts typically take 2-4 weeks to ship out on average, and sometimes quicker if we have the part/hardware in-stock.

At the time of your delivery inspect your order 360 degrees. If you see any damage to the boxes write "BOX DAMAGED" on the driver's paperwork. This is a VERY important step during your delivery. If you have reason to suspect that your order is signifcantly damaged, you have the right to refuse your shipment once you have called Treasure Rooms Customer Service at (636) 728-1899 and been granted approval.

Treaure Rooms must be immediately notified of any damage during the time of your delivery.

Cancellations:

Due to speed at which we process orders and the high order volume which we receive, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. In the event it is discovered we are able to cancel your order, a restocking fee or cancellation surcharge may apply. Any order cancelled once it has shipped will incur a restocking fee that is equal to the freight charges for the merchandise to be returned to its point of origin, and any fees incurred with that vendor or supplier. We encourage you to review your order and make sure your order is fully accurate before placing your order through our secure website.

Please know that all orders ship according to their Estimated Ship Time, which is clearly displayed on the product page(s).

Sale or Closeout Products

All sale or closeout products are final sales. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Returns Without A Receipt

Treasure Rooms must be able to verify your purchase in order to process a refund. It is your responsiblity to be able to provide proof of purchase of your order both for returns and warranty purposes. Treasure Rooms only keeps records of orders within 30 days of puchase.
